I’m in a 10 team STANDARD league picking 9th.

How much does this push up RBs without the PPR and does this lean towards a RB/RB start?

The format makes me want to go RB/RB, but the options of WRs at the 3/4 turn don't excite me as a WR1.

Also, does this boost guys like Evans and Adams who are traditionally big TD guys? Would a Jeanty/Henry type start followed by an Adams/Evans combo in the 3rd/4th make sense?

If Jefferson drops to 9, I have to take him, right?

I don't really adjust the overall rankings much for this. Maybe a couple guys move up/down some but in general the overall approach is the same unless the scoring really skews out somehow. Like is there 15 RB's in the top 20 players type thing.

Your start would be fine (Jeanty/Henry/Adams/Evans) if you like those guys. I don't like taking a rookie that high because of the complete unknown having never played a down in the NFL. I just don't like taking that leap. I would rather take other guys I have seen do it.
