Stanton has the weapons, Hoyer has...well, he has Indy defense to face, but no White and maybe no Royal.

How can you get into such an ugly QB situation?  I'll choose Hoyer.  He has put up 2 good games.  Stanton steps into an offense that has been struggling even with Palmer.
