I am more interested in a higher floor than a higher upside...

Maclin has great floor this week - he has a terrific matchup. 

Fuller has home run hitter speed and the Pats secondary hasn't been great.

Would be helpful to know your scoring - almost impossible to answer not knowing if PPR or not, and points per yd.

Maclin for me

IF you want a higher floor no question it's Maclin. He saw 15 targets last week (but only caught about 5). Smith has to play better this week, it would be almost impossible for him not to.

That being said I would play Fuller as he has a much higher ceiling and has been incredibly consistent for a rookie. 200 yards through two games is nothing to sneeze at.

Still Maclin for higher floor, especially in a 1 PPR.  

I have Maclin as a WR1 in this matchup, so he'd be my guy regardless of ceiling or floor.
