Depends on the matchup. The fact you have Adams shouldn't matter. Play the guy you think will score more points between Drake/Martin/MVS.
The only time I would factor in that fact you have Adams is if you are heavily favored or a heavy underdog. If you are favored then playing both gives you a higher floor because at least one of those guys should perform well each week in that offense. However, if you are a big underdog you need everyone to have big games and that goes down if you have two guys on the same NFL team.
