I'd go Davis. The rain is going to be on and off, and (as an Eagles fan) I can tell you that once the Rams go up on the Eagles they're likely to run the hell out of the ball. The Eagles secondary is terrible, but I'd still take a #1 in the on/off rain instead of a #3.
