THis seems to come up every year. Much as we love our fantasy games, the "real life" matchups are the only ones to consider, not the fantasy ones.
In other words, if your RB is facing the #1 run defense in the NFL and you have another RB close to the same talent level, you might make a move. But, if you wouldn't sit either one if both weren't on your team, then you shouldn't sit either one, period.
