Starting Salary Cap Keeper, IDP, PPR League (1 Viewer)

I am starting a new keeper league. I want this league to be as close to real as possible with PPR, IDP, holdouts, RFA, UFA, rookie draft, ect.. I have several owners who I have been in leagues with for years and am looking to find some good owners to join. I am only looking at charging $10 for the league as I am not in favor of a huge money league. The money will go to pay for the website and the rest to the champion (trophy, payout, beer??). I would like to see the league to be somewhere between 12-16 teams. Below is the link to the rules.
