Hopefully this doesn't belong in the Assistant Coach forum, but please move if it does.
Was reading the thread about D. Moore and Jacoby Ford and got to thinking about similar situations, like Jordy Nelson and James Jones on the Packers for instance. (Maybe not so much this year, but like last year) I have read many discussions about having QB/WR on the same team and how that can be a plus for your fantasy squad, but don't recall seeing a discussion about having two WRs from the same team in your lineup.
I don't suppose it would make much difference if one of the WRs was clearly a #1 such as Greg Jennings and then you also had Jordy Nelson or James Jones as a #2 or 3, but would it make a difference if both of the receivers were #2s or #3s? Like tonight if you had both D. Moore and Jacoby Ford, do you think it would be better to substitute another receiver from another team in place of one or start them both?
A few others might be Maclin/D.Jackson, Steve Johnson/David Nelson, Roddy White/Julio Jones ... if you were drafting and already had one, would you still draft the other if you had the chance even though they are on the same team? Would it make any difference if it were a dynasty team? If you ended up with one of the combos mentioned would you try to trade one?
The more I think about it, the more it seems like maybe I did read an article that discussed this somewhere on FBGs, but it wasn't this year. Maybe someone could refresh my memory.
