I would rank them this way:

1. Diggs - #1 WR for his team and is targeted a lot.  
   
2. Fuller - long term value and has Hopkins taking the heat away
   
3. Williams - since you asked for long term value.  I like Benjamin slightly more because of the immediate value but looking strictly longterm I like Williams better.
