Good mock. I would be surprised if both Williams and Otah slip that far (17 and 18), but could possibly see it happening. Also, I would be surprised if both the Jets and Pats let Gholston slip, but weirder things have happened.

I think if McFadden's there, the Jets jump at him, but maybe I listen to Mike Greenburg too much...And I just have a feeling about the Patriots and Cromartie... Of course, my feelings usually aren't right, but I'm sticking with this one anyway...

From a Carolina perspective...um...no

Brohm will not be the 13th pick.

They'll go OT or DE and possibly RB first round. I believe the cutoff for OT is Long, Clady, and Otah and maybe that junior from Virginia. Otherwise...it will be one of the DEs on the board and if ...BIG IF...Mendenhall is there and Detroit wants to make a jump over Chicago if they feel Chicago wants to go RB...don't be surprised if Carolina trades down.

Was wondering when somebody would catch that pick...You may be right, but here's a different Carolina perspective:

A member of the Carolina Panthers front office confirmed at the Combine that Brohm is on the team's draft board and would be hard to pass on should he be available at the No. 13 selection.
You gotta go out on a limb sometimes...There always seems to be a jaw-dropping move or two in the 1st round and this is one that I could see happening...

I sure hope the Packers take a cornerback, but I don't think there's any chance it would be Cason. They play so much man/bump and run and Cason is much better suited for a Cover 2 scheme. Everything else the same, I like Brandon Flowers from Virginia Tech there.

You've convinced me...I'll make the correction...Thanks

Have they forgotten about LeFors and Shelton already?

As a Bucs fan I can guarantee you the Bucs will not go WR in the first round. It will most likely be a CB or QB.

Do you think they are both better than Cherilus?Or do you think all 3 go in the top-15?
I think both are better than Cherilus. I see Cherilus falling to around Pittsburgh's pick or so.....
I think both are better as well. If Chicago goes OL there (I hope they do) I think they take Otah.

Jags homer here, no chance the Jaguars take a safety. They like Sensabaugh, but they also are likely planning to put Brian Williams at SS along with Reggie Nelson locked in at FS. I guess it's possible, but they're need drafters and they need DE/DT a lot more than safety.
