"Super Flex" PPR League (1 Viewer)

I'm in a longtime 12 team "Super flex" redraft league, meaning we can start a QB at flex. This obviously pushes QB values higher than they'd be in a standard league and generally the draft reflects this. For the first time last year, we added PPR which generally pushes up WR values a ton, some RB's as well, and QB values down. The scoring is pretty standard with 4 points per passing TD and we start 2 RB's and 3 WR's.

As such, I am in a bit of a quandry w/ my cheat sheets and draft strategy of trying to figure out how to balance the postional values, especially between WR and QB. QB's probably are still the highest scorers on average (although its much closer in PPR) , but the fact that we basically start 2 QB , but at least 3 WR's plays a role as well right?

Does anyone have any experience with 2 QB/ Superflex PPR leagues (or any else) that can give me some thoughts.

Thanks!

FYI: I have the second pick in my draft and don't see how I can pass up on one of the big 3 RB's (I like Ray Rice the best of those). I guess if i do that, i'm kind of forced to take a QB with my 2.11 pick or 3.02 pick, which i'm not too thrilled about since assuming the top 5 QB's are gone by then, any of the next tier guys are not really great values at those spots. If somehow a Graham is available and even a Sproles, I would lean towards grabbing those but then i'm not sure who i'd end up with at QB.

Last year, I actually had Rodgers and Brady (Round 1 and 2), and went 11-2 (got a bye and then had a bad week 15 and lost). Just evidence that a good QB duo can go a long way. Should I be thinking about Rodgers for my first pick as well?

I play in a couple super flex dynasty leagues with ppr. Slight difference, but still the same concept.

I prefer taking a stud qb in the first, and probably the second. They will fly off the board, so you should still be able to get a quality rb after er your two qbs.

Waiting on wr a little is still my plan, even in ppr. I would have 2 quarterbacks and at least one (maybe twp) running backs... Preferably good receiving backs, before I worry about wr. With the number of good receivers available, you'll still have nice options. Because of qb value, that will push most other positions adp down a round or two.

In a ppr league, by the way, the most valuable players are sually the receiving running backs, not wide. receivers.

It's interesting that even though this league has been around for a while (going on 9th year), people still don't draft QB's as if it's a 2 QB league (possibly because there are still some who don't always play a QB in the flex spot even though they are the highest scorers.)

The more I think about it, I'm leaning towards taking RB like Rice at 2 and then still out maneuvering my fellow league-mates throughout the rest of the draft. 6 out of 12 make the playoffs and in 8 years, I've never not made the playoffs. Not trying to brag, just illustrating the dynamics of the league and I definitely consider myself a shark among mostly guppies.

Anyone else have any general thoughts?

If you pick a "big three" in the first (i.e. Rice, Foster or McCoy), you should be able to get maybe Stafford (if what you say is true about people waiting on QB) and a Cam (best thinking) or even a Cam or Stafford to couple with Vick or Ryan at the turn?

I have a tough time passing on the top QBs in round 1, but if you think you can get Rice, then come back with Ryan and Rivers or Ryan and Romo or something like that, it's worth it.
