superbowl predictions (1 Viewer)

With the salary cap and the free agent signings, any given team can have a big swing in the win/loss column.

Jacksonville in the AFC

Minnesota in the NFC

Jacksonville wins their first title, Minnesota goes 0-5 in the SB.

new england 41

seattle 17

ne,sd and indy are still the top 3 nfl teams in a tier of their own . i have seattle and philly with the best records in the nfc at 11-5 . philly is at seattle in the regular season and it is almost impossible to beat hawks in seattle . so the hawks get the tiebreak for nfc championshipat home and beat philly .

the pats do what they didnt do last year, lose 2 regulars and win the bowl .

NE over Seattle. NE has the largest margin of error of any of the AFC teams because of their easy schedule and their previous major success in home playoff games.

Wow, surprised to see some fellow panther believers.

I say Panthers over NE stopping their undefeated season for a second time. 27-17

I have no idea who will make it to the SB.

There are allot of Dallas predictions out there. I feel that even though Dallas has a very talented team their coaching staff is not good enough to bring them to the SB.

I think its interesting to note that if Favre goes to MIN, I could easily take MIN winning the NFC over DAL. Where is the Packer Nation?

I think it is a given that NE makes it to the playoffs, but the playoffs are a different animal.

I really liked what I saw from SD the second half of the season. It seemed that the team finally started to gel under the new coaching staff. Don't forget that the Chargers started the season with at least 9 new coaches including the head coach and both coordinators. In the IND game, Rivers became the leader of the team. Don't forget that SD has owned IND the last 3 seasons.

I would be extremely conflicted if Favre led the Vikings to the Super Bowl.
I would be thrilled - favorite NFL player leading my favorite NFL team! (of course, as a Viking fan, I would be thrilled if Ragnar was the QB and they actually won a Super Bowl!)

I see alot of Giants predictions.

I predict they are closer to not even making the playoffs than winning the SB again
Another

They squeaked into the playoffs last year, lost Strahan, have a whiny Burress to contend with, and questions still surround Manning's abilities (in my eyes anyway). They do have a middle of the road schedule in their favor though.
By "they" do you mean the SUPER BOWL CHAMPION NEW YORK GIANTS?

You missed the part where they out played their opponents in four straight games on the road.
