SuperJohn96's Annual NFL Schedule Grid - 2006 Edition (1 Viewer)

I have a Q

I've seen this "every" year for a while now. I'd swear this was in the FBG mag too.

Was this your original idea years ago? Get it from somewhere else? Que pasa

Excellent. I was able to customize it really easily, but you did all the hard work.

I have been doing this for years, since before the Cheatsheets.net days. But it is improved every year. I don't know if I ever shared it online back then, but I think after I saw the one FBGs put out, I shared a link to mine. Two of my favourite additions to the grid are the colour coded team columns, and the colour coded gameday/times. I wish I could give credit where credit is due, but those were both additions from two fellow FBGs who made those additions themselves and shared them with me.

My original grid was always just for black and white printouts for my the guys in my FFL, but the colours really punch it up for colour printouts and for online viewing.

I have a color copy, hanging right next to my monitor, right here, right now, Love it.. I even sent it to my phone which has an excel reader built in..

thanks!!

Color coded gameday/times might have been me, but I know I did suggest adding the dates in maroon so you could tell when games hit close to holidays, etc.SuperJohn: For all thoses asking about the schedules for their individual fantasy teams,...........Why don't you just publish the Excel file for download and just let them do it themselves?

Not to be picky, but here's a better idea.........why don't you just consolidate:

"The original Grid"

"The Wallet Grid"

"The Wallet Grid - 4 on a page"

"The Game Times"

and "My Fantasy Team Schedule"

and put them all on 1 downloadable Excel file and then let users choose what they need?

And as always, thanks.......this is a major help every yr. In fact, last year I took the Excel file & modified it to help me analyze the remaining schedules for the 2005 FBGs contest. Helped me plan my current picks and look ahead and save matchups..........big time saver for me. I ended up making the playoffs (but then bombed :( )

Guys, I highly recomend printing out the wallet size grid. It folds in half very nicely, and will come in very handy. For those of us without cell phones that open excel documents, it gets the job done. If I had a nickel for every time I was at a sports bar trying to figure out who so and so played next week I would be rich. Now I can just bust out the grid. :nerd: Also, I recomend putting a couple strips of tape around it as lamination.

I lurk more than I post around here, but this effort was worth posting a big Thank You.

very nice indeed.

Just awesome. Wallet size

Today I loaded it up the original in excel. Highlighted the game grid (inside the green square), and removed all the colors. Then I did a search/replace, replacing every team name with their number from Chase's fantastic QBBC article. Conditional format to make the top ten matchups red, worst ten blue.

Now I can play all day. Select a row, copy, move down to a clean spot below the grid, and paste. I can visualize how different committees that might fall to me on draft day might line up.

And I get to do it all day tomorrow too with the DTBC article :D
