Need help in the flex position...
Jamar Chase is out so Higgins could do well and Barkley is up against a tough defense in Philly. Barkley only does well against easy teams.
I put this into the Fantasy football Pro comparison tool and it said Barkely at 98%, but I'm not buying it. He has all this poor performance history against good teams.

Sounds like you have already made your choice.
I might give a slight argument that Barkley is facing a "good" defense,lately the Eagles have bee anything but good on D.
With Chase out Higgins will get more attention from the Pittsburgh D.
Tough call but I'd give Barkley a slight edge,just my 2cents
