For those that have not seen the video, The guy was so drunk, he would fall over in the backseat on every corner. Then he wouldn't tell the driver where to go. So the driver pulls over and says get out. The guy proceeds to brutally wail on the driver until the driver pepper sprays him.

The guy needs to be put in a cell for a while and get beat around for a bit.
