######## Taco Bell "Exec" Bashes Uber Driver (1 Viewer)

First blow landed pretty good, and the driver never saw it coming. Also hit right behind the ear, which can easily cause middle ear problems. He probably really is getting headaches from that blow.

But really, a gofundme page? If this is cost you money, then sue the guy. Sue Uber even. Charity grab however is :bs:

If the symptoms are legit he is likely out of work. As an independent contractor he has no sick leave or anything. Will a lawsuit get settled soon enough to prevent financial hardship?

Now it does seem like a money grab but it might not be.

ex-Taco Bell exec sues Uber driver for $5 Million dollars

Guess he's upset that his attack was recorded without his consent.
Only the audio recording would violate California law... and that is arguable.

But nothing he has suffered from this has anything to do with the recorded audio, so whether the audio portion was recorded legally or not has nothing to do with what he has suffered.

All Uber drivers in California have to do to avoid any issue of legality is turn off any audio recording on their cameras.

They really should keep it on then only submit video only after they plastered it all over the internet.

+1

Although... dude's life was ruined - albeit by his own do0shbaggery - so might as well try to squeeze anything you can to see if you can profit. Not that I'd do that, nor am I condoning it.... but, you almost kinda gotta "see where he's coming from".... from a d00shy perspective that is. :oldunsure:
