Fifth year of dynasty league. Owner has been removed for deliberate tanking (this was not a judgment call--he openly stated that he was deliberately playing weak line-ups and would continue doing so, thus forcing my hand).
The team has not paid his 2008 dues. I will "give away" the 2008 dues, but I will ask for pre-payment of 2009 dues ($110 via paypal) before you take over the team.
We do a lottery for the top six draft picks. This team has two (possibly three) lottery picks next year, and two first rounders in 2010.
Scoring is standard FBG, no PPR.
