Only if you're Bob Sanders and quicker in run support than any of your teammates.
I think Jackson (and Gerald Alexander) will probably both do what Daniel Bullocks did as FS on crappy defenses -- which is to say borderline starter value. Bullocks had one 11 solo, one 7 solo and one 4 solo tackle game in 9 games at FS, the rest were two solos or worse.
