I think so. Ertz is in the twilight of his career. Not every rookie sets the woods on fire out of the gate, especially at TE. I know he's in his 2nd year, but opportunity is the biggest common demononator for fantasy. Remember the 3rd year TE rule from way back when? Maybe it's still a thing.
They'll probably draft another TE next year. Sinnott hasn't been getting a sniff of the field. With all their WRs hurt, you'd think he would. But nope. Not a good sign.

Neither. I'd say both need a change of scenery to ever even have a chance to live up to their draft capital. Wasn't Sinnott a 2nd round pick? If he was what they thought he was, you'd think he'd be getting some snaps, but he's not. Same with Musgrave. They need to go to another team to get a chance.

Not sure. Probably not. Because coaches are dumb. If Sinnott was the player they thought he was, you'd think a coach would adapt to his personnel. With all the injuries at WR and two TE's that can stress a defense you'd expect more two TE sets just to keep the defense guessing. I don't watch a whole lot of games...certainly not WAS games since I am in the Indy area. Hell, maybe Sinnott just sucks. But I've not heard anything suggesting that. Just appears to not be getting any opportunities.
I don't hold much hope for Sinnott. I understand Ertz is still effective at this late stage of his career, but you'd think that Sinnott would have shown something well into year 2. Yet he's barely seeing the field, with Ertz and Jeremy Bates both playing well ahead of him. Once Ertz is gone, I think it's just as likely that they find another replacement. Sinnott had some buzz coming into the league, but that might have been a short-lived thing.
I really thought Sinnott would've made an impact by now, with or without Ertz. Quinn mentioned he was looking good this past offseason, but they barely use him.
Sinnott is kind of an enigma right now. I liked him coming out, but you have to wonder why he's not getting more PT. Bates is a very good blocker so I get that, but still...
