TE: Diss or Andrews (1 Viewer)

I have both Will Dissly and Mark Andrews in a PPR league. I know that the start/sit apps would have me use Andrews. Here's the crux, I'm drawn to Dissly because of his matchup and concerned that Boyle did better then Andrews last week . Any suggestions

I'd go Andrews, the Browns are so banged up in the secondary, they got crushed by Delanie Walker in week 1, then faced 2 teams who don't use TE's(Jets, Rams) I think the middle of the field should be wide open.

I like Dissly a ton this week too, if you have a flex spot, I'd consider this a potential 2-TE week.
