Which of Cook, Gresham and Pettigrew are most likely to become fantasy relevant for the 2011 season? (And should this power sleeper list be expanded to include Hernandez?)

I'll say Gresham because he has the best combination of pedigree, health, and situation.

Hernandez is in the mix as well. I also like Jimmy Graham from the Saints.

I think one of those three becomes the top TE from this class.

I would add Hernandez to it, likes him a tad bit better than Pettigrew and Cook right now.

I'm slightly down on Jared Cook because of some negative reports I've heard, but I'm holding him in a couple of leagues anyway.

I'm a big fan of Jimmy Graham and Jermaine Gresham too, with Gresham being my favourite of the two to be a long term producer.

he has a young and super promising qb that has the potential to be a 4000 30td kind of guy, a star wr to take the pressure off him and a budding running game...everything you want for a dynasty player

I drafted both Gresham & Cook recently in a 1.5 PPR dynasty league - hoping one of the 2 can develop into a top 10 TE in the future. Both have looked good in preseason action.

Reports were that Cook was struggling early in camp with consistency. However, recent reports indicate that the light has gone on for him and he has been starting to make noise in practices & coaches are hoping that extends to the playing field. He looked very good in limited action during the last presason game. I DVR'd the game and watched every play - paying attention exclusively to Cook and he was very consistent and made the most of his opportunities. I think he makes a big leap forward this year if his work ethic is there.

He may be too well rounded meaning he could be used a lot as a blocker which limits his potential in fantasy football.
