TE Roulette - PPR - WHIR (1 Viewer)

Lots of uncertainty this week.  Need help with 3 questions:

1. Who do I start?

2. Who do I cut to pick up a kicker?  

3. Would it make sense to cut 2 guys knowing Rudolph and Ebron are both available on waivers (and will be next week since they already played)?  I wouldn't mind grabbing an RB to block my opponent who desperately needs RB help - Smallwood and Dixon are both available.  (Right now he is starting Jeremy Hill and Jacquizz Rodgers).  He also already started both Roethlisberger and Antonio Brown (6 TD's combined) so I need some oomph.  

Tyler Eifert - @ Ravens - Ravens are #2 against TE
Martellus Bennett - @ Jets - Bennett was DNP Thursday, Limited Wednesday and Friday, Gronkowski a Game-Time Decision
Zach Ertz - home vs. Packers - Packers are #27 against TE

If Gronk sits, I'd start Martellus Bennett.  If he plays, I'd start Eifert.  Either way, I'd drop Ertz.  I'd prefer Ebron over him anyway, and Martellus is worth holding for weeks, potentially like this one, where Gronk is out.

Might lean Ertz this week, I would drop Eifert for K and maybe Ertz (if play Bennett or Gronk) for Rudolph (love his schedule rest of season).  Not sure of K issue, but if could, would play Ertz, drop Eifert for K and drop that K for Rudolph next week
