After 3 days of research it seems like, after water, green tea, freshly brewed, with whole leaves is the only other really healthy option. I hate hot drinks expect for tea and hot cocoa. Never had green tea. I read that the ones highest in catechin are best for you. Any recommendations? Is there any way to drink this stuff cold and get the same benefit? There is a tea specialty shop about 5 blocks away from my work, planning on heading there at lunch tomorrow. TIA .
