Team available at half price (1 Viewer)

This is a 10-team redraft on Yahoo. Everyone has put in $100 except one guy who has disappeared. We're asking $50 to take over his team, with a quick payment needed -- probably on paypal for like $51.50 (for paypal fees), though would take a pokerstars or full tilt poker transfer of $50. The league is mostly poker players. All $950 will be paid out, with the top three finishers and regular-season points leader cashing. Regular scoring rules with .5 ppr and 6 pts per passing TD. Starters are QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, RB/WR, K, D. This team is 0-1, though a big reason for that is his guys who didn't play in Week 1 (McGahee, Steve Smith, Stallworth). He does have some pieces. Here's his team. PM me if interested ...

QB: Peyton Manning, Delhomme, Bulger

RB: McGahee, Jamal Lewis, Ricky Williams

WR: Steve Smith, Santana Moss, Donte Stallworth, Muhsin Muhammad

TE: Witten, Gates, Heap

K: Dawson

D: Ind, Den

Edit. This team remains available for half price of $50, with a 100 percent payout of $950 at the end of the season. The team is 0-2 but was without McGahee and Steve Smith the first two weeks. It should start coming around now. Manning, McGahee, Lewis, Steve Smith, Santana Moss and Jason Witten are a decent core. Antonio Gates is on the bench to trade to improve other areas. PM if interested.

In a redraft league ill be shocked if someone takes on an 0-2 team even for half price.

The seasons just not that long and the teams just not that good. You might just want to make the team "league owned" from here on out as opposed to trying to squeeze 50 bucks out of someone for it.

No cash, no draft should be first in your rulebook too.

Agreed...you should just offer it to someone for free...if they turn this ship around and actually make the playoffs...they will have earned their money....and you keep the league competitive...and maybe the guy agrees to join next year and pay the full boat....Good luck in any case...

It's open. Anyone interested for just $20? We're looking for someone to take over the team, basically, and run it the rest of the way. The $20 is just a small contribution to give you a shot at the full prize pool.
