I'll start off by posting my projections to get us going. The idea is for others to post their own projections as well, or to comment on the projections posted by others.

This is a first draft; I need to revise to give Vick more rushes.

Overall

555 pass attempts for 339 receptions, 3953 yards, 24 touchdowns, and 18 interceptions; 406 rushes for 1612 yards and 13 touchdowns.

QB

Kevin Kolb: 319 of 521 passing for 3712 yards, 23 touchdowns, and 17 interceptions; 67 rushes for 105 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Michael Vick: 19 of 35 passing for 242 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 interceptions; 4 rushes for 34 yards and 0 touchdowns.

RB

LeSean McCoy: 160 rushes for 689 yards and 5 touchdowns; 37 receptions for 266 yards and 1 touchdowns.

Mike Bell: 70 rushes for 295 yards and 3 touchdowns; 16 receptions for 117 yards and 0 touchdowns.

Eldra Buckley: 10 rushes for 42 yards and 0 touchdowns; 2 receptions for 16 yards and 0 touchdowns.

Leonard Weaver: 80 rushes for 359 yards and 2 touchdowns; 18 receptions for 142 yards and 1 touchdowns.

WR

DeSean Jackson: 63 receptions for 943 yards and 5 touchdowns; 12 rushes for 71 yards and 0 touchdowns.

Jeremy Maclin: 65 receptions for 843 yards and 5 touchdowns; 3 rushes for 18 yards and 0 touchdowns.

Jason Avant: 48 receptions for 580 yards and 4 touchdowns; 0 rushes for 0 yards and 0 touchdowns.

Hank Baskett: 13 receptions for 175 yards and 1 touchdowns; 0 rushes for 0 yards and 0 touchdowns.

Jordan Norwood: 6 receptions for 72 yards and 0 touchdowns; 0 rushes for 0 yards and 0 touchdowns.

TE

Brent Celek: 66 receptions for 755 yards and 6 touchdowns.

Cornelius Ingram: 3 receptions for 32 yards and 0 touchdowns.

Alex Smith: 1 receptions for 12 yards and 0 touchdowns.

The rushes seem low. I would expect a (slightly) more balanced attack this year with at least another 70 or so rushes for the offense. Similarly, I think Kolb's attempts/yards seem a bit high (not ridiculously so, but I would put those posted figures as his upside, not a baseline projection). Buckley may very well be replaced by the rookie (Scott)...in which case those carries would probably increase, but the ypc may be a bit lower as he'd be used in GL/SY.

I think the Celek receptions are low at 66. he caught 76 last year and Kolb really favored him in the 2 games he played. I'd reduce Jason Avant's 48 catches (which would be a career high.... ain't gonna happen with emerging Celek, Maclin, and McCoy) and boost Celek up to 70-80.

They were taking out McNabb last year at the goalline I would expect more of that with Kolb. I am gonna project from last year that they will run more "wildcat" with Vick inside the 10yrd line. so my guess would be Kolb 1 rush TD and 2-3 for vick.

I find the 35 passing attempts vs 4 rushing for Vick out of wack.
It is out of whack. That's an issue I was aware of when I posted, but I wanted to get these threads started instead of waiting until my final versions of projections are ready. Right now, the pass-run ratios for all QBs on a team are based on the expected pass-run ratio for that team's starting QB. So I'm way off with guys like Michael Vick and Tim Tebow, whose pass-run ratios will be very different from the QBs ahead of them. It's an issue I know about -- I just haven't gotten to that stage yet, to fix it.

Very tough to project with a first year starter in Kolb....the one thing I can see as far as the WR core...Maclin may suprise everyone with 10 TD's with all the attention given to Jackson.

Maclin has stud skills.

68 Receptions 1150 Yards 10 TD's

:lmao: I think he has the ability to contribute as much as Desean. Seriously, if Kolb is what we think he is; this offense looks to be frightening.
