How come Terrence McGee has fallen out of the latest Dynasty DB rankings?

Wouldn't he inherit Nate Clements' prime CB spot in the BUF Tampa-2, or is it highly dependent on the talent at the other side?

he should be fine. some teams certainly did avoid Clements and target McGee last year though. now they'll probably pick on the guy playing opposite him. but, he's a consistent tackler who makes big-plays and plays in a good system for fantasy production.

One blow to McGee's value in some leagues would be if he stops returning kicks.
