As a Stafford owner this half is a long time coming - his first halves have been crap - he has been picking up most of his points in furious finishes.

 
Calvin with an outside shot at breaking Jerry Rice's all-time season record of 1,848 (115.5 per game).

Came into today with 1,117 through 10 games. 103 in the first half.

 
Im really getting tired of all the crap Stafford is getting on these boards.... guy is a baller. Hes 24 with a canon arm and we all seen what he can do when its all together(last year). Just because hes not putting up last years numbers all the owners who invested an early pick on him feel like they are getting robbed. The thing is the guys been a top ten FF QB all year with inept play calling and growing pains of his own. Hes the epitome of gun slinger and deserves better then the complaining he gets when things dont go everyones way in here. I heard crap on Favre and still do on his playstyle but when he put it all together he was a SB and MVP winner. So please for all his doubters keep doubting ill be first in line to serve hot crow.

 
In the first half, Andre Johnson passed Marshall Faulk and Chad Johnson on the career receptions list, and Keyshawn Johnson on the career yardage list.

 
If you are going to have Kid rock and George Clinton at least let one of them perform high for the entertainment factor alone.

Please don't mistake "he's over-rated" for "he sucks". I believe he puts up fantasy top 5 numbers based on opportunity and volume. I think his TALENT is more in line with 10-12 range. Still good, but not elite. Not many guys I'd want ahead of him in redraft...but not buying at his current price in dynasty.If that makes me a "hater", so be it.

We can agree to disagree then, 5k passing yards and 30tds is elite to me which is what his ceiling is.

Again hes 24... and he was pretty consistent last year. Take this from a detroit fan and not a ff owner but that inconsistency lies blame on the playcalling and some on the OL... its not all Stafford.

Honestly, if I were a Detroit fan, I'd be pretty stoked with him too. I'd love to have him in Philly right now. He's young, and he's very good with a cannon for an arm.What he is NOT, however, is accurate. Misses a lot of wide open WR's even with a clean pocket. WTF...how is that NOT reviewable? Second HORRIBLE call against Detroit. Ref needs to be fired.
