I'd like to make this the Official "I Can Guarantee" thread, in which members can post their strongest of gut feelings, open to extreme criticism by the vultures of the forum.

Be as bold as ye like... The bolder the better. We can revisit this thread end of the season, and call members such as myself, a complete moron.

Here we go...

2013 Superbowl Champs..........

Philadelphia Eagles. Following in the mold of "Dream Team" Miami Heat that took 2 years to fulfill. This is year 2 for the Eagles "Dream Team" now.

Even as NYG fan, I have thought since last year that this is entirely possible. Vick knows his time to win the SB is running out and given a full season to mesh all the pieces. They were a tough team in the 2nd half last year and I see no reason they will not make a run this year.
 
Agree w/ the Eagles being a team to beat this year. Losing Peters is going to hurt quite a bit, though. And they still gotta get through the Pack (only team in the league that have beaten them in the playoffs were the Giants since they could rush with 4 and drop a boatload in the passing lanes .... both teams are gonna be damn good this year as well).

 
There will be a controversial incident this season that has little to no impact on the actual play of any football games but will take up thousands of media hours and will forever be referenced as "___gate"

fantasy : 1. Julio Jones & AJ Green finish top 2 WR

2. Randy Moss is top 10

 
On the other end of the spectrum, Jacksonville will pick # 1 in 2013 draft. Not that that is a huge reach...or even a reach at all.

The trend for high passing offenses crosses into the ridiculous when 5 quarterbacks break 5,000 yards passing.

In terms of wins and losses, I think many NFL fans will be surprised when the 49ers duplicate last year's regular season record.

 
COWBOYS make the playoffs at 10-6 tied with Philly but losing the Division on a tie breaker.

COWBOYS win their first playoff game in awhile.

COWBOYS get knocked out of their 2nd game

The above happens IF these team predictions come true. Otherwise all bets are off!

Team Predictions:

Romo has another great year

Dez and Miles stay healthy

DeMarco stays healthy

Witten gets more targets now that Robinson is gone

CB is no longer an issue

The Seahawks win the NFC West with a 10 - 6 record

The Saints miss the playoffs this year at 8 - 8

J. Rodgers has more fantasy points in PPR leagues than Turner

Aaron Rodgers will finish 3rd or lower in fantasy scoring for quarterbacks this year

The Colts will win at least 7 games.

 
Chris Ivory gets cut or traded and finishes top 10 RB with another team.

Raiders win the AFC West.

Chris Johnson leads the league in rushing.

James Starks rushes for over 1000 yards.

Jacob Tamme catches 84 receptions.

I've got Carolina AND Buffalo BOTH winning their divisions. It seems crazy for me to pick against NE, but I just have a gut feeling with all the improvements that Buffalo made that this could be their year.

! yes! great thread, totally did horrible last year but here it goes lolNo QB throws over 40 TDs

Cam Newton = #1 fantasy QB

Donald Brown is a RB1

Mike Goodson is a top 10 RB over the second half of the season and leads me to multiple championships

Giants beat Patriots in the super bowl for the 3rd consecutive time.

This...as much as everyone is writing them off as DOA. That, and I'll go even one step further: the worst they do with the Green Bay Packers in 2012 is a season series split. :yes:
 
1. Brandon Lloyd will finish as the number 1 fantasy WR(Josh McDaniels)

2. 10 TEs will have over 900 all purpose yards(Copy-cat League)

 
Reggie Wayne will have a better fantasy season than Demaryius Thomas,

This time next year, David Wilson will be mentioned in the same breath as Ryan matthews as one of the top 6-7 dynasty RBs.

JSTEW will finish top 12 RB THIS year.

Bold! Beautiful! On the money!
