Nah, I'm no fisherman. I just really overestimated how much an ACL injury would affect a speed guy like Charles. Also didn't expect Hillis to get injured twice right out of the gate. I guess I learned my lesson on ACLs this year. Still don't think I'd bet on a guy coming off of one, but I won't bet so heavily against them.Lloyd actually got all the targets I thought he would. I think it was you who told me in the Lloyd thread that I was crazy for predicting 120. I just didn't think Welker would end up with 175 OR that the Lloyd/Brady deep connection would be so error prone. I mean, Lloyd put up almost 19 ypc with Orton and 12.3 ypc with Brady. If someone told me that he'd get 131 targets this year, I'd have hyped him even more. None of the nay-sayers doubted his production/catch. They just didn't think he'd get the targets. The Martin/Blount was a total flop largely due to Schiano being a stubborn #####. I still think Blount is a talented runner. Martin had an impressive rookie year (mainly due to workload and the Oakland game), but Blount also had an impressive year - just not as large of a workload. Looking forward to where Blount lands in 2013.Gotta take some gambles to get the triple crown. Those three gambles certainly did not pan out!
