The Audible - interview with Rob Rang (1 Viewer)

Uh oh....classic GnR kick starting up, Cecil? :wall:

Interesting that Rob is giving the Malcolm Kelly situation the big "so what?" when it comes to his value. Pretty much the opposite of just about every other "expert" I've been reading/hearing. I think he's going to be an interesting guy to watch, in regard to where he ultimately does go. Clearly, that workout was lousy, but it's tough to argue the production on the field.

:( Mike Williams and Dwayne Jarrett are examples of guys that had tremendous on the field production. It doesn't always translate to NFL success.

Who said it would? I said it should be interesting to see where he ultimately goes. That's it.

You said "but it's tough to argue the production on the field.". I don't think it's tough to argue that. :X

You said "but it's tough to argue the production on the field.". I don't think it's tough to argue that.
You cannot argue that he produced on the field at the NCAA level(or I suppose you COULD argue it, but the data doesn't support that POV). You CAN argue that won't translate to NFL success. I never stated that NCAA success equated future NFL success, so I think I'm the one who should be :moneybag: here. Again....All I said was that it would be interesting to see how far he fell/where he'll ultimately go. Period.

If you are interested in the draft, and don't use nfldraftscout.com, you are missing out. Really, an exhausting amount of info.
