The Audible LIVE! - St. Patricks Day Special (1 Viewer)

Happy St. Patrick's Day from your favourite Irishman! I don't think it would be at all inappropriate for you guys to be sipping on Jameson as you're recording the show tonight.

Obviously we as fans are pretty down at the moment after the CBA negotiations essentially blew up, but we do have the draft to look forward to. With that in mind, I have a couple of questions for you guys:

1. Do you think the Panthers will trade down from #1 if possible? As a Panthers fan myself, I find it difficult to pinpoint one player that is the obvious pick. Selfishly I hope we take Patrick Peterson, but do you see a trade down happening?

2. Who is your absolute favourite prospect regardless of position in this year's draft class and why?

Thanks guys, and have a great night.

Was just reading the "Pro Days" thread and the talk was about Jonathan Baldwin. Wanted to get your thoughts on two things

1. What are your thoughts of Russ Lande's write up of Baldwin's pro day when Lande wasn't even there?

2. What are your thoughts on Baldwin as a prospect? His stock was much higher just a few months ago, which leads me to wonder why people's opinion of him has changed so much despite the fact that he hasn't played a single snap of football?

Hey Guys,

I've been getting conflicting information on RB Kendall Hunter. What round do you think he will be drafted vs. what round do you think he should be drafted? Do you feel he's a player who could make an immediate impact? Or is he a project?

thnx

Hi guys, I was wondering if I could hear your take on Portland State tight end Julius Thomas. He is currently my 2nd ranked tight end behind Rudolph. I would rather take someone like Thomas or Virgil Green who both have that small chance of being a top 10 tight end then a safe pick of a guy who will be a good 2nd TE for your team. Do you agree?

I'm a loyal listener & currently 36 minutes into this podcast as I watch my Ds lacrosse practice but I gotta say this isn't a stellar episode. Started well but

edit---show went off the rails for about 10 minutes but recovered nicely. Glad I didn't bail.

Waldman trying to draw parallels between slavery and the NFL was probably the lowest point of the history of this podcast.
Yeah, I didn't care for that either. Freedom of choice. They play football for big money, sign a legal contract, and agree to everything that is in it. They don't have to play football if they don't want to.

But they have to take their shirts off at the combine, so it's like slavery. :lmao:
