Let's throw a curveball...

Suppose that the "first round" selection of your redraft league was picking a quartet (QB/RB/WR/TE)... and assume everyone is completely healthy...The best quartet for redraft / performance / ppr / TErequired league is?

Obviously, I could only list 15 - based on my opinion... If you feel another quartet is the best one - just state it...

went with Miami.

I think that C-Pep will come back strong this year. Chambers has stud written all over him, Ronnie Brown is an impressive prospect, and despite his legal troubles McMichael is a perennial top 6 TE.

I had no idea when I began looking at the options that I would end up picking the NY Giants. QB/RB/WR/TE all solid.
Indeed - That's why I thought it would be fun to look at this... there are many good options in my opinion - and I would have a hard time stating that my choice is better than yours or someone else's!

I was more impressed that of the top 5 I saw, 4 were in the NFC East

pre-season talk has the NFC East as the toughest division this year. I'd be surprised if it didn't turn out that way. The three-way fight between Dallas, NYG, and Wash will be something to watch! Sorry Iggles, welcome back to 0-6 in the division!

G-men

Moss or Carter being so fast, teams will struggle to stop them on the deep ball and still have the rest coverred OK

FWI... Using FBG scoring and adding + ppr... this is last year's results...

The Bolts would have been last year's correct pick with the G-Men on their tails... (by using the best season for the QB/RB/WR/TE for all teams)

By the way - nice showing by the 9ers and J-E-T-S... yikes...

This year - who knows?

Tough call. Good question. I would go with Seattle's 4. Solid at pretty much every position.

If it were best 5, I'd say AZ (with Boldin thrown into the picture) or Indy (with Wayne thrown into the picture).

Even with Rivers being a first year starter this is a no brainer ... don't let the Bolt of Lightn'n hit ya in the butt guy's :P

:bag:

Is it noteworthy that 2 of the top 3 missed the playoffs and the 3rd got spanked in the WC?

I went with San Diego, but only with the understanding that I can get another QB and WR. Top RB and TE does it for me.

Just a thought, but I'd probably have included Oakland over Baltimore.
