After all, I don't think any one DB has intercepted Manning more, especially pick sixes. Even if the Colts weren't cap strapped It wouldn't happen because Polian is too bull headed to go after anyone other than undrafted FAs. Manning took less money so the Colts can sign their own Free Agents and also go after other players they need.
