Cook's not Rice or MJD in the lower body, but he's perfectly proportional. Nothing to worry about there at all imo.

I have one starting on 5/8. I will post a link once it starts.
It's a combo rookie/devy draft.
Barkley before Cook?!?!? That's interesting!
Agreed, I like Gaskin and Barkley as a true Freshman looks like a Stud. I'm targeting JuJu very high in my draft this summer. At this point I'm trying to move up in the draft to secure my target.JuJu went for a nice bargain there. I think he may be the #1 overall devy player. He is a better prospect than Treadwell or Doctson.
I'd be looking at Myles Gaskin in that last round. May not have first round upside due to his size, but has great agility and cuts with pretty good speed. I think he's the #2 sophomore RB right now behind Barkley.
What do you like about JuJu that makes him possibly your #1 devy asset? Would you take him before Zeke, Fournette, or Chubb?JuJu went for a nice bargain there. I think he may be the #1 overall devy player. He is a better prospect than Treadwell or Doctson.

He has a lot of the traits you want in a WR. He's big and strong, but also mobile with a knack for busting big plays. I expect him to be a top 10 pick in next year's draft. He's not as tall, but I see a lot of parallels with Demaryius Thomas in terms of build, athleticism, and play style. What do you like about JuJu that makes him possibly your #1 devy asset? Guice was a steal.

Big with long arms and ball skills. I see shades of Demaryius Thomas and Mike Evans, though he's kind of in between. Actually looks stockier and stronger than Evans. DT is really agile for a big man though and I don't know if Sutton has that aspect to his game. I don't know if he has the agility/start-stop quickness to be a functional possession receiver. That's the only major question mark. He's kind of a one trick pony at this point: run deep, throw it up, and let him go get it. That's all they seem to do with him. It's hard to assess his other qualities when all you see on his highlight reels is him running vertical routes and jumping up for the ball. I'd like to see clips of him running some posts, hitches, and screens to see how his lateral movement and quickness are. It's harder to separate in the NFL than in college. His size will render that point moot to a certain extent, but the best big receivers in the league (VJax, Dez, DT, Fitz) are guys who can plant and explode in addition to being just big and strong. What are you devy veteran's thinking about Courtland Sutton?
I'm new to this format, and don't watch a lot of CFB. Thanks in advance.
I would agree with this. I've seen a few of SMU's games and he's a total mismatch that it's laughable yet I get the feeling that he hasn't fully developed yet which is a scary thought. He's underrated right now but that's going to change very soon.Big with long arms and ball skills. I see shades of Demaryius Thomas and Mike Evans, though he's kind of in between. I do think Sutton has a high ceiling though. A first round ceiling even. He's stronger and a better athlete than Devin Funchess, who went 2nd round last year. If Funchess can go in the 2nd and Kelvin Benjamin/Mike Evans can go in the 1st then I think Sutton definitely has round one potential.
Reminds me a lot of Saints' Michael Thomas. What are you devy veteran's thinking about Courtland Sutton?

Top 10 orNot exactly draft related... So it seems that the current top tier (on average) is Juju, Chubb, Fournette. Lets say someone in your league is coming after one of those guys; what range of players are you accepting in trade?
I'd put a top 5 dynasty RB price tag on Chubb and Barkley. Bell, Gurley, and Elliott ahead of them. Maybe David Johnson if you're sold on him. After that, they are as valuable as anyone else IMO. Not a lot of RBs in the league right now who are really good and still young. Not exactly draft related... So it seems that the current top tier (on average) is Juju, Chubb, Fournette. I'm in this one too (Canton). Was thrilled to get Barkley at 1.9. Wasn't really sold on anyone with my last pick, but decided to throw a dart at KD Cannon, thinking he's got a shot to shoot up this year with Coleman gone, and pickings were kind of slim by that point. Here is the link to my draft: http://www54.myfantasyleague.com/2016/options?L=48419&O=17

We've been going around and around about this, and yet the term has stuck over the years. Think its permanent now, as these leagues get more popular. Once DLF hired Scott Fish (one of the earliest semi-mainstream devy league guys) and started pushing devy content the fight was over--it will never be called anything else now.Using the term devy is as bad as saying, "I've got a case of the Mondays." You could definitely get your ### kicked. Quite frankly, you'd deserve it.
