Much like the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. It is at least a half hour too long, with bloated FX setpieces, interspersed with Johnny Depp mugging in front of the camera.

Didn't see the movie. Did it delve into any of the homosexual references in the original story? Or did they keep it "family" clean like the old radio broadcasts?
