Almost everyone by now is either done drafting or has at least drafted a team or two. I think that by this time of year everyone has mulled over the options and formed such strong opinions that it's difficult to see the other side. Also there is the obvious bias that comes from "I just drafted player a and have no doubt he will out perform player b". I think you can still have a decent conversation with many people, but do feel as a whole that a lot of stuff on both sides of an opinion is just preaching to the choir at this point.
