The RB matchups to exploit/avoid this week (1 Viewer)

For those of you benching Alexander, What are you insane? He is the #1 RB in FF. Maybe he wont run for 150+ yds but he certainly can get 100 combined yards and 2 TDs vs any team.
Not insane - just not convinced that SA and the Seahawks have what it takes on the road vs. a very tough AFC run D. Isn't this the same guy who put up 39 yards and 0 TDs at home vs. Buffalo just a couple of weeks ago? With the trip east, the weather and the opponent, I think the Seahawks lay a turd on Sunday. I have enjoyed the recent dome outbursts vs. the weak Defenses of Dallas and Minn in optimal conditions, but I don't believe it's going to happen again.I love McGahee vs. Cincy - you know he'll get 25-30 carries, which means 100+ yards and 1 or more TDs. And I'm going with Pittman - he's been great at home and New Orleans is a terrible D.

Let me ask you this.............. Would you sit Alexander for Kevin Jones and Corey Dillon? This is my problem??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? :wall:

This week I really like Kevin Jones. Running against the Minnesota defense is like putting a rabbit in a paper bag with both ends open, their's always an openning. If you back over the years, the Vikings never play well in Detroit. I also like C-Mart, Dillon this week.

Jamal Lewis will have a solid day vs. IndyCorey Dillon will have a solid Monday Night.Keep an eye on the Denver starter as that person will have a big day.Warrick Dunn will be top 15 this week vs. CarolinaEdgerin James will struggle vs. Baltimore, won't crack 70 rushing, but will have 30 plus yards receiving.Rudi Johnson will have a less than average day vs. BuffaloIf Steven Jackson is back, he'll have a solid day vs. Arizona.
I bet he struggles the same way way CuMart did a couple of weeks ago ;) Over play the pass, and Edge breaks off 6-9 yarders all day.24-111 and 4-34 NO TD's

I am torn. I have Edge, Jamal, KJones and LJohnson.Edge is a stud and hard to bench, but he could easily be held out of the end zone against Balt.Jamal would normally be a no brainer against the Indy DT. But there is no guarantee he will see as many carries as Billick is suggesting now. It is always hard to predict which game will be a player's first real game back from injury.KJones could have a huge day against Minny.LJohnson has just been huge the last few weeks.I think I will start KJones for sure and flip a coin between Jamal and Edge. Any others in a similar predicament?
I am in the minority I guess, but I think it is at least a stronger possibility that Edge could score this week from inside the 5. The secondary in Balt is too good on a 10-13 yard field. Having said that, I still predict a solid outing but no TD's.Edge is too good a runner to stop sans eight of those maniacs in the box.
