I've already posted rants on how Thursday games ruin stats, I've seen someone else call it the curse of Thursday night football. It just seems like the traveling teams on short weeks always have someone suck it up on Thursday night. See the following:

Week 1 - Omit this week, it's not a short week since its the first game

Week 2 - Chicago @ Green Bay - Marshall 2/21/0 - This game was bad for pretty much everyone on Chicago

Week 3 - NYG @ Carolina - Cruz 6/42/0 - Backups (who didn't play) lit them up

Week 4 - Cleveland @ Baltimore - Richardson was ok here, everyone else on the Browns, not so good

Week 5 - Arizona @ St Louis - Cards were terrible 45 rushing yards, no Ari touchdowns

Week 6 - Pittsburgh @ Tennessee - Brown 4/20 - Ben throws 1 TD - Although Wallace got around 100 yards, it was on 2 receptions. Pittsburgh was supposed to kill em

Some of these weeks the home teams weren't great either. Can't say all studs are going to suck it up if traveling for Thursday, but I'd consider downgrading them. Coming up:

Week 7 - Seattle

Week 8 - Tampa Bay

Week 9 - KC

Week 10 - Indy

Week 11 - Miami

Week 12 - Houston and New England

Week 13 - New Orleans

Week 14 - Denver

Week 15 - Cincy

Week 16 - Atlanta

It seems like every Thursday game never goes as the analysts predict, as a betting man I'm staying away from these games if I can.
