Thoughts on my strategy from the 9 spot (1 Viewer)

I am in a 12 teamer, ppc league with 1 qb, 2 rb, 3 wr , 1 flex, 1 k, 1 def . 4 pts passing td, 6 pts all other. My strategy is that I am not sold on the rbs late in rd 1. I was thinking taking wayne in rd 1, either braylon or andre in rd 2, holt, welker or santonio in rd 3, calvin in rd 4. Then find some a stud qb in rd 5. Then start looking for value at rb in rds 6,7 and 8 like chester and others. With all the rrbc , and plus being in a ppc league, I am thinking of loading up on top tier wr's instead of rbs. Thoughts ?

At 9, I feel like that's a little high. You should grab RB and then go WR WR, WR then RB

Something like: Marion Barber, Lynch or Portis in round 1

Round 2: Terell Owens, Braylon Edwards or Fitz

Round 3 Holt or Buress or Welker

Round 4: Calvin Johnson or S. Holmes

I dont think Barber will be there, and Portis scares me, I am just not buying thelynch hype. I am sooooo confused. I hate over analyzing this crud.

I'm not fully committed on Lynch either, he could be good but investing a top 10 pick in him is a little risky. However, I'm not sure why Portis scares you. He's not really the sexy pick anymore, but the guy is solid. Don't be afraid to get Portis at 9 and move onto your WR's, you're in a good spot in round 4 to still get a solid WR.Also, Betts looked pretty good in the preseason game I saw this year. One good thing is that we know the backup in Washington and he's pretty good so you can take Portis at 9 and very late in your draft, go ahead and take Betts. Not that you want him to get hurt, but Betts is the real deal and he filled in 2 years ago VERY nicely for Portis, so he can do it. I have no problem with getting Portis and Betts.
