seems like the price is right ($72 on Amazon) but I don't know much about printers.

Will mostly be used for wireless printing of documents but also what something that can produce nice photos...is 9600 x 2400 dpi sufficient for photos? Not looking fro something that a professional would use, just something that can produce nice, clear photos (mostly of my dog/cat).

Thanks.

I think I have this same printer & it makes very good prints. if it is the same one I highly recommend it

there's an app I use to send the photo remotely to the printer, no user interaction required

Just as a general note - Be sure to look at what the ink costs and how it is loaded, and the availability etc. A lot of printers have gone to these color-specific cartridges, meaning one printer will have black ink, and multiple color cartridges. The nice part is that you can use each color till it's gone, but the bad part is that often they only sell the colors as part of a "full color" pack with all the colors together. Buying them individually is like 1.5x as much. It kind of defeats the purpose of the multiple cartridges. I know the printer I have is like that. I have 2 full yellow cartridges just sitting around because, for what ever reason, I use a lot more of the other colors. I guess I need to print more pictures of ducks or something.
