10 man PPR, Set-up: 1 QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, 1 TE, 1 W/R/T, 1 D/ST,1 K + 6 Bench ---- I've been offered this trade:

  • Give: McCoy + Hurns
  • Receive: Ajayi + Fuller/Agholor (1 WR)
My team (Record: 3-4)

QB: Watson, Ryan

WR: D Jackson, M Thomas, D Thomas, Hurns, Stills

RB: McCoy, Miller, Thompson

TE: Witten, Graham

D/ST: Detroit, New Orleans

K: Zuerlein, Boswell (dropping Boswell after this week b/c Zuerlein is on bye & #1 kicker)

His Team (Record: 5-2)

QB: Dalton, Mariota

WR: Hill, Funchess, Green, Fuller, Agholor, Tyrell Williams, Doctson

RB: Hunt, Ajayi, McKinnon

TE: Gronk

D/ST: Jax, Baltimore

K: Succop

He's been wanting McCoy for two straight weeks. Initially offered Ajayi + Agholor but now is doing Ajayi + Fuller. What's your guy's call?

Don't take either offer. McCoy is the best player in the deal and has a nice schedule the rest of the way. Both are volume guys but take McCoy since his offense can actually move the ball. Fuller is a sell-high guy and someone who won't sustain his freakish TD pace and he plays at Seattle this week (although he's the type of receiver that is difficult for them to maintain). Agholor is nice as a flex but not needed with your WR group. I would stay where you're at.

Right? That's what I was thinking. Both Thomas have been good, just a few games (total between the two) where they have been mediocre. Jackson has been a little more consistent as of late which is a good sign. Ajayi, to me, hasn't proven himself like he had last year. Thanks!

Don’t give up MCCoy here. Ajayi is too risky for my likings. Keep the stud bellcow RBs while you have them. Fuller/agholor don’t improve your wr Corp enough imo

Ditto...

It's nice to put it in writing,  receive confirmation of what we already know and temper the blinding emotional influence of our desire to improve our team.
