TO Practiced Today (1 Viewer)

i think he is becoiming a good value for drafts this weekend. a classic boom or bust pick perhaps but if he is still there after 8 or 9 WRs (rare i know) are gone you probably wont find someone with his upside.

im more worried about the hammy than about him blowing up or whatever.. so the fact that he practiced..yeah ill say i care indeed. thanks for the link.

Anyone playing in any "respectable" (50% sharks or better) leagues where TO is still on the board after 8 or 9 WR's are off the board?!?!?! This seems highly unlikely to me.

Oh hell I'll have to hear about this all day tomorrow on TV. I'm so sick of hearing about this guy. Everytime he farts ESPN calls it breaking news.

http://football12.myfantasyleague.com/2006...=22433&O=17I got him as WR9 in the toughest draft I play in each year.

I'm of the firm belief that TO is not hurt and will light it up this season. He's had 2 MRI's and they've both essentially been negative. If there was anything seriously wrong they would have picked it up. And funny how he's practicing after Parcells told him that he wouldn't start a guy who didn't practice. I'm an owner in my re-draft league, but was able to steal him in the late 3rd round. This negativity is providing a great buying opportunity.

Makes more sense looking at it on paper. In my head it just didn't seem right. I guess you can make legitimate arguments for each of those guys. :bag:

I heard Mike Irvin on ESPN yesterday. He said that Elderado will play in the opener and the "He was going to destroy and take his frustration out on the CB that will be covering him. He talked to Elderado on Monday. :football:

i agree 8 or 9 sounds crazy at first and while his ADP is higher he is dropping into that range. well lets just say, without giving out subscriber content, using FBGs and the latest projections, the shark of all sharks Mr Dodds has him, well, just below this range.

ie yes you can get him at the WR8-10 range this weekend in shark drafts due to his potential for blowing up (fair enough) and his hammy (to me more the issue).

im at 12. he may very well be there for me at 3.12.

Aside from the fact that I have Glenn in one of my leagues, I could care less about TO because I don't plan to take him in any of my other leagues (sometimes you just have to pass up on talent just because they just might explode in your face). There are some other very good options I'd make first. Let someone else deal with the jerk.

The TO saga reminds me of the old story.

A woman was walking home one winter eve and came upon a snake that was freezing to death. The snake begged her to take him into her home and let him warm up. She told the snake that she could not do this as he was a snake and would surely bite her. The snake promised to behave and convinced the woman to help him. So she takes the snake home starts a fire and nurses him back to health. At which point the snake bites her. With her dying breath she says "you promised to behave if I welcomed you into my home and made you well."

To which the snake replies "what did you expect I'm a snake."

Hell of a draft so far Fred! Strong league too - good luck!!

I got him @ 3.11 in my draft on Sunday afternoon, then backed him up with Roy Williams and Derrick Mason.

We start 2 WR's

Man what a steal :D

I got him @ 3.10, backed him up with D-Jax and J. Walker, but I still feel the need to repent. :clyde:
