I look on the program guide and it stated only two games are in HD

Eagles and Jets

Texans and Jags

According to NFL.com the only game not in HD is MIA/CLE

I saw that too. Any game from 720 up should be HD. I think they just left off the "HD" in the menu, but I fully expect them in HD

This happened to me a couple weeks ago and I had to call CS. Call now that you have about 5 mins before game time.

Mine don't show "HD" on the guide, but are in HD. Good luck!
