With Wilson on the Ravens, I don't see how they would have a starting CB returning kicks this season.
Granted this came a day before yesterday's trade, it does look like Parmele has won that job.
Kickoff return job belongs to Parmele

Jalen Parmele has thrived in his role as a kickoff returner since taking over for the injured Lardarius Webb late last season.
He averaged 31.4 yards per return in two games last season, and nearly took two kicks to the house, getting tackled after 53 and 45-yard returns.
This preseason, he's picked up right where he left off last year, averaging 31.3 yards on four returns, including a 37-yarder last night in the Ravens' 24-10 win over the Giants.
For comparison's sake, the two other Ravens to get kick returns this preseason, David Reed and Prince Miller, have averaged 20.0 and 22.0 yards per return, respectively.
Good things seem to happen when Parmele has the ball in his hands on kick returns, which is why head coach John Harbaugh all but awarded the job to the three-year veteran after the game last night.
"I like the way our returners [looked] in the kick return game, Jalen especially," Harbaugh said. "He's the guy. He's a north-south, hard-running guy, and it's hard to get in front of him."
It's nice to see a kick returner who doesn't dance around from sideline to sideline looking for a hole. As Harbaugh said, that's not Parmele's style. He's going to go straight ahead, hit the hole hard, and get as many yards as he can.
That strategy has yielded positive results for Parmele thus far, and it looks like barring injury or a horrible case of fumblitis in the preseason finale, he'll be the one returning the kickoffs when the Ravens open the season against the Jets on Sept. 13.
