Pretty good list but I wonder why Forte and Best are so low, given that it is PPR, and I assume Redraft. Aren't they both heavily involved in passing game?

there is just an insane amount of Jahvid Best love here. Top 15? Yes but don't be fooled into putting him above MJD or Turner.

Bradshaw and Turner above Forte and Best, lol ok.1. A. Peterson2. CJ3k3. A. Foster -4. R. Rice -- Haters gonna hate5. J. Best -6. F. Gore - Niners have fallen on hard times7. MJD - Jags are notoriously bad8. M. Forte - Seems to be cutlers guy9. S. Jax - Watch the lions game? They didnt pull him in the 4th quarter losing be 38 with an injury...10. P. Hillis/J. Harrison (whoever ends up with the start)11. L. McCoy - Played great sunday, but he has a broken rib if he keeps it up reinjury is likely12. A. Bradshaw - NYG Offense is bad thus far, id blame it all on the O-Line if, I didnt hate Eli so much13. R. Mendenhall - Roethlisberger is back next week, be seeing less of Mendenhall for sure, how much less is debatable until sunday (id say low side 6-7 less carries, high side 10 less)14. M. Turner - Balanced offense with good reliever would be top 5 if they ran him into the ground15. T. Jones - Not saying hes better than Charles im saying he will get more carries16. LT217. J. Charles

No way Thomas Jones will be in the top 15, especially for PPR. Unless J Charles keeps fumbling, he will get the bulk of the carries (based on the distribution against the Colts).

LOL @ Thomas Jones 15? And even a breath of Jerome Harrison above anyone else on ur list is ridiculous. HAHA thomas jones....ur funny

Not saying he finishes there, but Lesean McCoy is currently RB1 in my PPR league (only caveat being that ADP has had his bye and also plays tonight).

Not making a case to say he stays there, but just thought it was relevant to the thread.

wait a minute. in the OP i noticed that Hillis is missing, that MJD is too high, that Forte is entirely too high.

musta been :pokey:

forte is like a boom bust wr. all his stats came in 2 of those 5 games. In a survivor/best ball style he's great, but picking the weeks when he gets 3-4 pts drops him out of the top 15 imho

Based on the one game where the thing that happens that supports your opinions? lol

[johnmcenroe] You cannot be serious!! [/johnmcenroe]
Peyton Hillis has played way above anyones expectations and Mangini still hates Harrison, the situation in cleveland is unclear going forward, Hillis played really well injured sunday so Harrison might never touch the ball again, or next week Hillis might get injured walking his dog.

You really need to include Hillis in that list. Not only has he been great running the ball and finishing at the goal line, but he's killed 2 great run D's in BAL & CINC and he's always good for 3-4 rec/ 25 + yds recvg

Also, you can forget forecasting by cherry picking injuries for certain players . Forecast should assume all

RBs remain healthy...

I'm concerned about the Browns QB situation. If McCoy starts I can see defenses keying in on Hillis.

I'm just hoping he survives the steelers game with out further injury. Feel decent about @NO then after their bye Wallace should be back.

Because Jake Delhomme & Seneca Wallace strike so much fear in their hearts?

I would just argue that the rest of the way, I don't think Hillis is still healthy and fresh enough to crack the top 15. He just runs too hard, takes too many hits, and has too rough of a schedule.

Where is Felix Jones? Come on now, this guy should be in there top 15 somewhere.

Cowboys now committed to him and he looks like he's the GL back now as well.

DMC can't stay healthy and T.Jones is a laugher...oh I get it now, Halloween is right around the corner right?

Felix Jones has had issues staying healthy as well. But what I saw from DMC in the beginning of the year has me thinking IF he does play, he will break the top 15. Felix could easily as well, but after the top ten I think theres a lot of players no one listed who could end up there.

Sorry for the double post. Was shaken to learn that McCoy is likely to break his rib again...
Not if he keeps curling up into the fetal position whenever contact looms.
He didn't do it to avoid contact, he thought he had the first down and didn't want to risk fumbling. The last thing anyone can do is question the kid's toughness. He's played almost two games with a fractured rib.

Ill play

Sorry, couldnt stop at 15

Where would a healthy Moreno fit in here (in PPR formats)? Or would he actually be outside the top 20?
I'm not familiar with that species.....
From what I understand their usual habitat is outside the top 15. Rarely completely healthy, they like pretending they will appear in the top 15 until they fool you and don't show up and receive a limp suddenly.

Benson- lots of touches in every situation = lots of points

McCoy- Vick coming back will hurt him. His GL touches will be far below average

Bradshaw- Jacobs is serviceable and will be a GL hawk

Rice- Has Harbaugh said anything about GL roles following the Broncos game? Rice is boom or bust as far as this list goes (meaning top or bottom of the Top 15) depending on his GL role.

A truly healthy Moreno would be top 10. The way the Broncos move the ball, and the incompetence of Maroney means that Moreno would get plenty of catches, yards, and TD opportunities. That said, he's rarely healthy. Watch his ppg numbers this year, with Denver's soft schedule I predict he puts together some nice games.

So he's tough, but not very smart....

On McCoy. I think it will hurt his GL touches in some games. But I think Vick could open up the field for McCoy in other games allowing him to break for some longer runs. Hope it evens out in the end because McCoy is looking like he can handle being a top RB.
