So many teams, if not every team, need backup QBs this year.

I think we'll see many QBs drafted. Probably the usual for rounds 1-3, but after that there will be a bunch extra.

10 QBs were drafted in 2017. If I double that, who are your top 20 QBs?

I don't find much detail after about 10-12. If ten were drafted, why would sites do a write up about 20? I get that logic but I'd like to know about "the rest."
