1. How is LT a no brainer for #1? He had 91 total yards against the TEXANS! 4 of his next 6 games are against top 5 run defenses. His two 100 yard games came against Oakland and Denver...two awful run defenses.
sometimes the game dictates a players stats, this is what happened to LT today
True I played the owner who had LT today and trounce the hell out of him. BTW I had the Cahrgers D and they put up 40 pts  Maybe, just maybe he might be down about LT and I can go fishing for him  Wish me luck I'm going fishing for a Big Big Tuna
I think a lot of LT owners might be looking to sell after this game.
I just don't think that's true. I am not an owner (though I would love to be). I think for the most part, LT owners will not part with him for anything unless its something that is far and beyond his value. I am in a 14 man league, and the owner is literally seeking something like Moss plus a top flight RB. Maybe its just my league, but LT owners are the most reluctant to trade...for fear that he could bust out big time and post ridiculous numbers.

As an LT owner, I feel that way. However, when I look at who he has to face over the next 6 weeks, it looks to be a lot of what we saw today. They will pass pass pass and LT will end up with something like 15-17 carries with 60-80 yards and a TD if lucky. Rivers rarely passes to LT anymore. He's turning into more of a Jamal Lewis type RB where he sees 2-3 passes a game and catches 1-2 of them. I just can't see how anyone could look at who he has to face from here on out and see good numbers.

Health and situation trump talent in making this list, which is totally subjective, and seems to change from week to week. What everybody wants is a RB who gets 15-25 carries, consistently gets around 100 yrds or more and 1 or more TD's. Right now, in no particular order, here are the guys I would want most:

LT

Addai

Kevin Jones

Jacobs

Bush

ADP

Westbrook

Chatman

LJ

I know somebody's going to bust me for putting Chatman on this list, but he's going to get the bulk of carries for Miami and he's pretty good. If I had 2 or 3 of these guys, I would feel pretty confident about my chances for a championship; they should have the most consistency from here on in, health permitting. Everyone else is much more of a question mark.
