Clayton. He is a reliable veteran, and Bradford seems to like him. For a rookie QB, you always go with the WR whom he seems to like the most. And that is Clayton.

Bradford will learn very soon that Amendole has the better hands. Amendole in the slot in a PPR will be the play soon as a wr3 or flex.
Too early to tell... Laurent got hurt... I think Bradford's favorite target will be his rookie TE eventually, but he got a high ankle sprain after his 1st catch and had to leave... Michael Hooman.....
A better question. If you own any of the top 3 receivers, should you drop one of them for one of the other?
I'd be interested in hearing if there's anything to be gleaned from snap counts and who saw what coverage. Was Clayton matched up all night against linebackers or cornerbacks? Robinson double covered all night?

Depending on how many points you get for returns......in my league I have him ranked in the top 15 of all receivers, but we get 1pt/10yds on returns.

That's the same question.I voted Robinson. Not inclined to change my pre-draft ranking of these guys after one game, especially not for Mark Clayton. Not ordering that Koolaid already.

As a Robinson owner, I'm wondering if I should be doing the same thing. Clayton, for some reason, hasn't been picked up in my league, but I figure it's only a matter of time. I'm thinking, if I dropped Robinson for Clayton, Robinson would last on the free agent list for longer than Clayton would.
While I keep looking at Clayton's name on the free agent list, this post is what the other half of me wants to believe. However, I keep hearing negative things affixed to Robinson's name - Clayton was better...Robinson is injury prone...etc.

I can't believe that nobody mentioned why Robinson's stat line was so poor. He was covered almost exclusively by DRC for the entire game. Robinson is a deep threat receiver and DRC does not allow deep balls. Period. Bradford didn't have much of a choice but to go for Clayton and Amendola. I think that you'll see Robinson get more targets in the weeks to come.

A lot of talk about targets. Bradford had 55 attempts, doesn't that seem high to everyone...It has to skew the stats.

I bet that gets revisited before the trade deadline. I don't think stl thought they'd be competetive right away. Catering to sam starts now.
