Were the events real, or just implanted secret agent memories?

I always assumed it was real, mostly because of the bead of sweat which isn't a lot to go on.

But before he goes under, they show a picture of the alien reactor, and they show Melina's face after he describes the woman he wants.  And I need to watch it again, but apparently every time they did a memory thing they play some song which was the Total Recall company theme or something.  And the credits end with it being played.  Leaning towards it's all a memory now.

Back on the other hand, it would be nice if that third boob was real.
