Tough Keeper Decision (Urgent) (1 Viewer)

I have the 12th pick in a 12 team PPR keeper league.  We can keep 3 players.  I'm already keeping Michael Thomas (6th) and Tyreek Hill (7th) but I need to decide on my last keeper asap.  My five best options are below along with the draft pick I would sacrifice to keep them. 

I would greatly appreciate any thoughts and opinions regarding my best value!    TIA.

Possible Options:

Phillip Lindsay - 12th Round Pick
Derrius Guice - 14th Round Pick
Kenny Golladay - 10th Round Pick
Josh Gordon - 12th Round Pick
George Kittle - 8th Round Pick

I don't really trust that Denver offense to use Lindsay the same way this season.  Kittle was a monster last year but there are more mouths to feed this season.

if you're a contender, I'd go with either Kittle or Gordon.  If you're stacked or rebuilding, then Guice or Kittle, but probably the former although he's probably a year a way from being a full time contributor.

I would actually go with Lindsay.  He may lose some touches to Freeman but he is explosive and will still be a solid producer and much better than anything you will get in the 12th round.
